What a superb job you have done for us! Whenever we come home and open the front door we get an immense thrill. Your expertise, professional approach and patience have truly paid off!
Even though we already had an architect, construction engineer and inspector working for us, once you came along you became the most significant person on the project by far. The way you saw solutions to the problems that had previously arisen was nothing short of miraculous! Not to mention the way you worked with Julie, and the firm but diplomatic way in which you dealt with the workers on the project (which made everyone give of their best) – all this should not be underestimated.
